The HEAR/HEEHR Program is a State initiative funded Federally in 2022 that gives low-to-moderate-income households discounts to upgrade to high-efficiency electric appliances.
The appliances discounts are typically 50% off ENERGY STAR heat pump clothes dryer or induction cooktop costs for households between 80% and 150% Area Median Income [AMI], up to $840.
